Gol Gappa

Ingredients:
18 - 20 Chat Puris
1.5 - 2 cups Pani
1 medium sized Potato / Aloo
10 - 12 Soaked Channa / Kabul Kadle / Chickpeas
Pinch of Pepper powder
1/2 - 3/4 tsp Chat Masala powder
1/4 tsp Cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp Amchoor powder / Mango powder
2 strands of Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Recipe:
Prepare the pani as mentioned in Pani Puri recipe.

Cook the potato in a pressure cooker. (2-3 whistle) Once the pressure goes off, remove the outer cover of potatoes, mash it properly and keep it aside. Cook chickpeas, mash them little and keep them aside.

Add cumin seed powder, pepper powder, chat masala, mango powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and mix well.

Take 6 puffed Chat puris and poke a small hole in the center of each puri. Fill each puri with the prepared masala as shown in the picture below. Dip each puri in pani and serve immediately.
