Green Chutney (Coriander Mint Leaves Chutney)

1/2 bunch of Mint leaves
2/3 bunch of Coriander leaves
4 - 5 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
Large grape sized Tamarind
3/4 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp Chat Masala

Wash, clean the mint leaves and coriander leaves, keep them aside.

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, add little amount of water and grind them into smooth paste as shown in the picture below. This can be used while preparing Chat items, Sandwiches, etc and can be served along with Samosas, Cutlets, etc. This can be preserved in a refrigerator for about 1 week.
