Avocado(Butter Fruit) Chapathi

Ingredients:
1 large Avocado / Butter Fruit / Benne Hannu
1 medium sized Onion
2 - 3 Green Chillies
8 - 10 Coriander leaves
1 tsp fresh Lime Juice
4 - 5 cups Wheat flour
Salt to taste
Butter / Ghee / Oil

Recipe:

Cut the avocado, remove the seed and take the inner part and keep it aside. Chop the coriander leaves, onion, green chillies into small pieces as shown in the picture below.

Put this in a vessel and mash them well. Add salt, lemon juice and mix them well as shown in the picture below.

Add wheat flour and mix them well and knead and prepare the dough as shown in the picture below.

Take little amount of dough and make a round ball.

Roll the ball like Chapathi by using sufficient amount of dry wheat flour as shown in the picture below.

Heat the tava and cook the Chapathi by putting butter/ghee/oil on both the sides of Chapathi.

Serve hot along with any Palya or curry. The above mentioned ingredients will serve around 25 Chapathis.
